  • It's natural for high-quality honey, like Mike's Hot Honey, to crystallize over time, especially in cooler temperatures. But don't worry, it's still perfectly good to eat! To return your honey to its liquid state, gently warm it to about 110°F

  • No. For the best flavor and texture experience, store Mike's Hot Honey at room temperature (ideally 70-80°F) both before and after opening. Cooler temperatures accellerate the natural crystalization process
