They are high waisted but unlike some other brands the waist doesn’t roll down during the day and they don’t start sagging. Also appreciate the pattern distracts from any rolls or lines which is a plus. Overall, very happy I tried these!

I normally order the 7/8 length, I am 5'4", they hit me just above the ankle. Sweaty Betty does have a full length option but recommends 7/8 for those under 5'4".
