    Pros: Visually pleasing, looks well made, the ceramic white coating appears uniform and well done.

    Cons: Feels flimsy when you pick it up, thin sheet metal all around - the handle is about the only thing that feels robust.
    Speaking of the handle, it gets far too hot when you boil water, you need a towel or oven mitt to prevent yourself from getting burnt.
    The worst feature is the spout, it does not easily open or close, and it feels like it belongs on a $5 teapot. This spout is so bad, that you have to struggle with it to get it open, this increases the likelihood of getting burnt.
    This Viking teapot replaced a $10 teapot from HomeGoods and honestly, I can say that I don't even want to use this one anymore after having it for a few weeks, heading back to HomeGoods and this will be for display only. Overall, extremely disappointed with the price. Save yourself some cash and get something else. Viking should be ashamed of putting their name on this product.
