  • 250 ml of your milk of choice - use almond for extra nutty flavour
  • 450 ml tub of vanilla ice cream
  • 125g of smooth peanut butter
  • Chocolate sauce to serve

  • 1 Frozen banana, sliced
  • 250 ml of your milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp of chia Seeds

  • 160 g of frozen berries
  • 1 frozen, sliced banana
  • 30 ml of your milk of choice
  • Toppings: granola, berries, chia seeds, dried fruit and nuts, peanut butter/almond butter , honey

Butternut Squash Soup

  • Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat and gradually add 2 garlic cloves, 1 diced onion and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add 1 diced butternut squash and 32 ounces of vegetable stock and let simmer for 20-30 minutes
  • Carefully pour into blender and add salt to taste
  • Blend/pulse until your desired texture and serve!
