The Winco MXB-3000Q 30 Quart mixing bowl is forged from commercial-grade stainless steel designed to withstand daily use in a commercial foodservice environment ideal for restaurants, bakeries, hotels, caterers, and busy home kitchens. This large mixing bowl is oversized ensuring sufficient room for mixing batters, sauces and more. The reinforced rim provides additional stability preventing the mixing bowl from bending or warping under heavy use. The wide rim keeps mixtures inside the bowl keeping countertops clean.
