Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Employee Value Proposition & Executive Resourcing at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), where he leads the strategy to strengthen FAB’s employee proposition and drive leadership resourcing across critical roles, ensuring the bank attracts, appoints, and retains the talent required to deliver its ambitions.
