    I loved this journal! It was so pretty, with some great affirmations and loved the thick paper so that my doodling doesn't bleed so much on the page. I love journaling with enough space to really get my thoughts out on the page, and the affirmations for that little pep when needed.

    Does what it says - it's a nice journal to write in and color in with. I like how hefty it is! So many journaling books I've had have been flimsy and unsatisfying to create in. This is brilliant.

    Most of the pages are blank notebook pages and the "colourings pages" are just more "affirmation" quotes that are all the same with a bit of different phrasing. Genuinely, just buy whoever you're looking to get this for a separate journal and an actual book of affirmations. It would be worth your money a lot more than this. Just Google "affirmation coloring pages" and I can guarantee you will find most if not all of these there. There is nothing special about this "book."
