Notice to Publishers and Rights Holders

Retromags is a volunteer-run preservation project focused on video game magazines, strategy guides, computer magazines, and related historical print materials. Our goal is to preserve and document magazines that are often out of print, difficult to find, or no longer available through official channels.

The purpose of Retromags is historical preservation, research, and community reference. We do not seek to replace current commercial products, compete with publishers, or interfere with active sales or official digital releases.

If you are a publisher, author, artist, photographer, or other rights holder and have concerns about material available on Retromags, please contact us with enough information to identify the content in question. We will review the request in good faith and remove or restrict access to material when appropriate.

Retromags is maintained by volunteers who care about the history of video game magazines and related print media. We welcome communication from publishers, former staff, contributors, collectors, and rights holders who share an interest in preserving this history.
