Hi, i’m heather!
I’m a consultant, coach, and trainer. My passion is to empower people to live in abundance and freedom! I have a Masters in Public Health and enjoy creating tools and training content that improve the lives of my clients. I have a passion for taking individuals and groups to the next level in their goals for living and working in health, happiness, and to thrive! I have over 20 years experience of teaching and training in a variety of settings at corporations, state departments, nonprofit and faith based organizations. I am a certified Real Colors facilitator and am credentialed through the Arkansas Professional Development Registry to provide professional development for Educators.
I live in Little Rock, Arkansas with my wonderful husband, AJ McMahan, son and bonus daughter. AJ has been a Licensed Counselor for over 25 years and enjoys serving his clients at McMahan Counseling.
