Thank you ) I've spent three hours sketching them conjoined and non-conjoined, since i didn't know if i really want to draw that noodle anatomy.
I echo what wolfblock said; the pose/angle is a neat illusion! I also like their expressions, nips, and Dog's muscular arms!

I think it's sorted by Ai ) Pink nipples is what it's after. Purple, red, green ones are okay, but pink nipples are, probably, recognized as areolas, which are forbidden there in digital art.
