I created a small illustration of the Vulpix tank crew skin from tge revisited, improved and more "realistic" skin I made. I made this model so it can be add in Ravenfield.
Simple description of the uniform :
Nothing compares to the efficiency and destructive capabilities of the Vulpix armour division. Tank crew are provided with sturdy coveralls and satchel belts for easy access to essential tools required for tank maintentance and operation.
The main difference is the helmet, here is a simple description of the helmet, and why they use it :
Unlike their fellow infantry, armored vehicle crews do not need to have their ears stick out to hear their surroundings, as they are often locked inside their vehicle.
Also, in a vehicle, banging your head because of a complicated road, is quiet frequent, and it is easy in these cases for the Vulpix to physically hurt their ears, justifying the use of a helmet or their ears are folded back.
The helmet also has headphones aligned at ear level when they are folded and a microphone to facilitate communication inside a vehicle, as it is often complicated to communicate without radio inside a loud tank compartment.
It looks sturdier and thicker than the basic headset but that's not necessarily the case, it's thicker for the headset/microphone electronics, and padded for better shock absorption.
Also, just like the legionary skin, this one have a male/female.
Their weapons of choise is often the PM-16, a gauss submachine gun. Often provided to tank crews, medics, and tank hunter infantry. It has a devastating effect in close quarters, is still decent in the medium range, but because of the small size and small amount of electromagnet inside, it is not useful in the long range. The round magazine can store 60 rounds and the rate of fire is around 800 RPM.
Some Vulpix tank crew prefer to only carry a pistol, the Pmag gauss pistol.
Behind them is the main battle tank of the Vulpix Parity Union, the MBT Kodiak A2 :
That tank is the the backbone of the Vulpix armored division. It's armament, a powerful gauss 120mm allow him to penetrate a lot of alien tank using Gauss APFSDS shell that are fire at an insane velocity. 2 gauss 12.7mm machine gun, one on a small turret on top of the tank, and another as coaxial MG.
Like every tank of the Vulpix Parity Union, the armor is made of durasteel, a lighter and better alloy compare to steel.
Shooting this tank with Ion particle or IEM is also useless because the Vulpix used hardware that are immune to it since a long time.
To move, this beats use a very powerfull promethium engine, the tank can go up to 80km/h on road, and 65km/h on dirt. That tank is very agile and use it's fuel, promethium cell, very slowly so the autonomy is very good.
The tank need 4 Vulpix crewmen.
- Commander
- Gunner
- Loader
- Driver
WARNING !!!!
THIS ART BELONG TO ME ! and you SHOULDN'T steal it and pretend it's your art otherwise you will have a LOT of problems !
