“General Membership will be hosted 2nd Thursday via Zoom for the Summer”

Homelessness is solvable, and we all thrive when everyone has a place to call home.”

As the Lead Agency for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Grant, we provide training and foster communications between our 50 member agencies that provide direct service to those in need.

2026 HUD CoC Update

We invite community partners, stakeholders, and residents to join us on Thursday, April 9 at 9:00 a.m. at First United Methodist Church of Jacksonville (225 East Duval Street) as we continue refining the Draft Needs Assessment and discussing priorities.

Click here to review a copy of the draft. If you’d like to see the Interim CoC Plan, click here.

A follow-up survey will be shared to gather additional input, and more community meetings will follow as this planning process continues. We appreciate your ongoing engagement and commitment to helping shape effective, community-informed solutions to homelessness.

If you have any questions, please send an email to CoCApp@changinghomelessness.org
