No Drop-Off Policy – Guardian Supervision Required

To ensure the safety, well-being, and positive experience of all children attending Playtime, we require that a parent or guardian remain on-site and supervise their child at all times.
Drop-offs are not permitted under any circumstances.
This policy is in place to:
Maintain a secure and nurturing environment
Provide immediate parental support for any child in need
Ensure active participation in your child’s play experience
We kindly ask all attending adults to remain engaged and available throughout the session. Your cooperation helps us create a safe and joyful space for everyone.
Supervision and Safety: Our staff is trained to supervise and ensure the safety of all children. However, we cannot guarantee the prevention of all accidents or injuries. Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay with their child and discuss any specific concerns with our team.
Health and Wellness: We maintain a clean and healthy environment, following all relevant health and safety guidelines. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs your child may have to ensure appropriate care.
Pictures and Videos : By participating in the program or entering the premises, you grant permission for your image, your child’s image, or your likeness to be photographed, recorded, or videotaped. These images or videos may be used for educational, promotional, or informational purposes by our organizations, including but not limited to publications, social media, and websites.
If you prefer not to have you or your child appear in any media, please notify the program organizers in writing prior to the start of the event. We will make every reasonable effort to respect your preferences.
Refunds : Playtime will completely refund if a cancellation is made by the team . No refunds are given for missed sessions by attendees as the facility and services still need to be engaged.
Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, we will follow our established protocols to ensure the safety of all children. Parents and guardians will be notified as soon as possible.
Liability: While we take every precaution to protect the well-being of your child, "Child Enrichment Program" cannot be held liable for any unforeseen incidents or accidents that may occur.
