My wife and daughter have been wanting a hot tub for as long as I can remember. I was hesitant, for obvious reasons, expense, maintenance, and overall how often would we really use it. With that being said, we went to Prisco Hot Tubs in Hawthorne and were pleasantly surprised. The customer service from Jason was impeccable. Very knowledgeable and listened to what we were really looking for. Didn’t pressure us in any way. Highly recommend anyone who is looking or even thinking of purchasing a hot tub, to seriously consider going to Prisco Hot Tubs.

Went to Prisco Pools in Hawthorne & purchased the Grandee hot tub. My family & I love it & are so happy that we decided to splurge on this purchase. The tub is absolutely amazing! They have the best all around customer service in the industry but in particular Jason is the best! He’s very attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, & will answer all your questions both pre and post purchase. I highly recommend Prisco & wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am so happy. I had a 25 year old Hot Springs spa which finally needed replacing after giving great service. Love Hot Springs, powerful, quiet, easy to maintain and on the new model – oh the jets! Also, trying out the salt water treatment – great so far. Classy. Jason and whole team at Prisco very helpful and made the transition so easy. Thanks all.
