This book along with the first one are definite page turners. The continuation of the series does not disappoint. Spice is included with sensitive triggers so readers be warned. Brianna is such a warrior in all that she endures. Can't wait for book 3

This is another installment of this “series” and is just as weird and dark as the first one, and when I say dark, I don’t mean in a guilty pleasure kinda way, I mean, an anthology of disturbed and abusive behavior that seems to have no end and no redeeming value in the end. It’s chapter after chapter of abusive disturbed behavior and ends on a cliffhanger. The plot line and world building is atypical if wolf PNR and is so disjointed it leaves the reader wondering, again, where the hell this story is going and what is the point. The first book was a treatise on cults and this book is a treatise on misogyny & sadism. (And rape…..lots and lots of rape. Be warned.)

I read for an escape. These books are like a bad hallucinogenic trip that leaves the reader wondering “what the hell just happened?” And never wanting a repeat. I read the second book after the first in hopes it would make sense or get better. It didn’t. Save yourself the time.

Obsessed with the Utopian Wolves and that ending has left me on my knees begging for more absolutely adored it!

Two years ago I read Book 1 in this series, The Hidden Queen of Alphas and absolutely loved it. I am not sure why I waited so long to read this second book because it is just as intriguing, explicit in its detail in world building and intense character development. The Luna's in this book are strong, determined with a gentleness needed of a luna. The writing from Emma Lee-Johnson is as always captivating and as with any great cliffhanger, she has left me wanting more. I am so glad I read this book.

The story itself is fine, but it's not finished. It was OK, but just didn't really go anywhere. And then it ended when the story started to get good.

I noticed I had read 95% and was thinking no don't end there. Now I'm looking forward to the next book.

This story from book 1 has had me hooked. The way Emma writes draws you into the book. I read this book in 2 days.

I would highly recommend this series.

This story follows Clayton and his Mate and without giving much away, you will want to remove all breakable items from reach!
