We're sorry learn that you need cancel your membership with F45 Training Central, Wan Chai and Sai Ying Pun. We have enjoyed having you as part of our Fitness Community and you will be missed. We're always looking to improve the way we do things and we would really appreciate it if you could complete the short survey at the end of the Cancellation Request. Please note that if you have not yet served the full term of your contract, then a 50% of the remaining payments must be paid as a penalty to terminate early. Example 1: if you are on a 6 months contract and you wish to stop after 3 months, then you must pay 50% of the remaining 3 months. Example 2: if you are on a 6 months contract and you wish to stop after 8 months (after auto-renew), then there is no penalty, you just need to inform us two weeks in advance before the next payment is due. **Cancellations will need to comply with the Terms & Conditions of your membership & 2 weeks notice is required for all cancellations.
