Templates make campaign setup and audience targeting simple — whether you’re announcing, selling tickets, or wrapping up.
Getting started
To use campaign templates, your account must have ticketing and event data.
You can add this data by:

Uploading event data manually — Learn how to import a CSV here.
How to access campaign templates from your Event Hub
In the left navigation menu, click Events.
Select an event.
Scroll to the Use templates section in the Event Hub.
Note: Any email, SMS, ad, or capture tool campaigns for this event appear on the Marketing activities tab, with an overview of performance.
How to use campaign templates
Click the campaign template you want to use.
Hive automatically builds the campaign with your event data in seconds.
You’ll be taken to the campaign builder to start editing.
