After sending an email campaign in Hive, you can view and export detailed performance results. These include key metrics such as:
Number of emails sent
Email engagement
Attributed revenue
Notes:
Total Revenue is attributed to the last email a customer opened or clicked in the last 5 days before making a purchase.

Accessing campaign data
Go to Campaigns > Email.
On the main page, you’ll see a high-level overview of your email campaign performance.
Click on a campaign title to drill into more detailed results, including:
Data shown as both percentages and raw numbers
Bounces
Spam complaints
Unsubscribes
Ticketing revenue, e-commerce revenue(if applicable), broken down by number of orders, order size, and average revenue per recipient
Recipient stats
From the recipient stats page, you can view the summary stats along with demographic and location information about your audience.
Engagement stats
The engagement stats page lets you dive deeper into how recipients interacted with your campaign. You can adjust the time frame of the data, and by clicking on the engagement labels below the chart, you can isolate specific metrics. The chart will automatically rescale to reflect your selection.
Link clicks report
The link clicks report is especially useful for identifying which links in your email received the most attention. For example:
If a call-to-action at the top of your email gets the most clicks, you’ll know it resonates with readers.
If links at the bottom of the email see very few clicks, it may indicate your messaging is too long.
Ticketing revenue breakdown
Here you can see which specific events contributed to the revenue attributed to your campaign. For example, if an email drove $2,000 in ticket sales, the report will show which events made up that total.
Exporting campaign data
If you’d prefer to analyze your campaign results outside of Hive:
