You can create short links for anything you’d like to share online and track who’s clicked on them with Hive.
Creating a short link
Click Capture in the left sidebar
Click Link Shortener
Click + New Short Link in the top right corner
Now can add the destination URL, create a custom short URL if you’d like, and name your link so you can easily find it in the future
Tips
Use unique short links per channel (email vs sms) to compare traffic performance.
Rename links clearly (e.g., “presale-sms-oct”) to keep reporting tidy.
