Anytime you use a Hive capture tool—such as a signup page or signup form—you can view and export the contacts collected.
Accessing and viewing signup form/page reports
In your Hive account, click Capture in the left-hand navigation.
Select Signup Forms.
On the main signup forms page, you’ll see all forms and pages you’ve created, organized into categories (signup forms, public signup pages and private signup pages).
For any signup tool, click the graph icon on the right-hand side to open the signup report.
Within the report, you can:
Adjust the time range to see signups for a specific period.
If viewing a signup page report, you’ll also see additional insights into page traffic.
Viewing and exporting contacts
From within a signup form or page, navigate to the All Signups section to view the full list of collected contacts.
From here, you can:
View the contact data collected, along with each contact’s email and SMS subscription status
Create and send an email or SMS campaign to these contacts
Add them to an existing or new segment
Using the Share button, email the report to another team member
From the More dropdown, export the contact list for use outside of Hive
We recommend refreshing the All Signups page (at the top of the table) to ensure you’re viewing the most up-to-date information.
Note: Any contacts who sign up through a Hive capture tool are automatically tagged in their profile. This makes it easy to filter for these contacts when sending a campaign, building a segment, or setting up an automation.
What's in the signup export: The export from a signup form or page includes standard contact fields (name, email, phone, subscription statuses, location and demographic data including zip/postal code).
What's not in the signup export:
Custom User Property responses: these are saved to the contact profile only. To act on values in bulk, filter or segment by the property under User Info.
Segment Checkbox selections: checking the box only adds the contact to the segment; no value is stored. View opt-ins by opening the segment.
