Email deliverability refers to how likely it is that your email will land in your recipients’ inboxes rather than being filtered into spam. Good deliverability depends on factors like your sending reputation, subscriber engagement, and email content.
To help you optimize, Hive includes a Deliverability Rating in the campaign builder.
What Hive’s campaign builder's deliverability rating means
Hive’s deliverability rating scores your email out of 10 (with 10 being the best). The higher your score, the better the chances your email will reach your audience’s inbox. Alongside your score, Hive also provides Deliverability Recommendations with tips on how to improve.
For example, in Step 7 of building a campaign, you may see a message with your rating and specific suggestions.
A score of 10/10 means your email is highly likely to reach inboxes and avoid spam filters.
Lower scores include recommendations on how to make improvements.
Important note
The deliverability rating is a high-level assessment of your campaign. While it’s a great guide, we still recommend always sending yourself (or your team) a test email before going live. This lets you review the content, formatting, and links to ensure everything looks and works as expected.
Use the deliverability rating to catch potential issues early, but rely on test sends to confirm the final experience for your audience.
