Every segment in your Hive account has its own dedicated stats page. From here, you can view key insights about that group, including:
Email engagement
Purchase history overview (e-commerce and event purchases)
Demographic details
For event marketers, monitoring email KPIs and segment-level revenue performance is essential to understand who is engaging with campaigns and who is actually driving ticket sales. These insights help optimize messaging, improve targeting, and demonstrate ROI by connecting audience behaviour directly to event revenue.
How to access segment stats
Click Segments from the left-hand navigation menu.
Locate the segment you’d like to review.
Pro tip: If you frequently view a particular segment (or want to organize multiple segments together), create a filter for quicker access.
Once you’ve found the segment, either:
Click the segment title, or
Open the Actions dropdown and select View segment stats.
This will open the segment’s stats page, providing you with an overview of the contacts in that group.
