Steps to connect Smile.io to Hive
In Hive, open the integrations page.
Find Smile.io under the Marketing Tools section and click connect.
Once connected, Hive will begin importing Smile.io contacts.
View imported audiences under smile segments on the segments page.
Smile segments update automatically as customers interact with your rewards program.
Find your Smile.io program data
To view Smile.io data in Hive, go to Contacts in the left sidebar, then Contact list. Click View all filters in the top-left.
Open the others filters.
Filter on the available Smile.io fields to see customers with the most reward points, who’s in your VIP tier, and more.
For audience insights, click More… then Map or Demographics in the top-right of your contact list to see locations and demographics.
You can also open a contact’s profile to view their Smile.io details, including points balance, tier membership, referral URL, and a quick link to view on Smile.
