What are engagement levels based on?

Learn more about how your list engagement is changing over time

Written by Mark

When you import contacts into Hive or they are synced from an integration, the contacts are automatically sorted into engagement levels. These levels give you insight into how your list is interacting with your emails. Engagement levels update automatically as subscribers open or click your campaigns.
