Preview text is the short copy that appears in the inbox just below (or beside) the From name and Subject line. Think of it as a “second subject line” that gives subscribers another reason to open your email.
How to set preview text
You can add custom preview text in Step 4 of the Send new email campaign flow.
If you don’t set it, Hive will automatically pull in the first few lines of your email body — which may not be the most engaging.
