There are several places in your Hive account where you can export data. This guide explains what’s included in each export and how to download it.
Email campaign data
What’s included in the email export:
One row per email send (campaigns and automations)
Send date and time
# Recipients
From Email Address
Key metrics: opens, clicks, unsubscribes, spam reports, bounces
Campaign tag
Attributed revenue and average order value
How to export: Go to Campaigns → Email → Export email stats.
SMS campaign data
What’s included in the SMS export:
One row per SMS send (campaigns and automations)
Send date and time
Clicks
# Recipients
Campaign tag
Attributed revenue
Estimated cost
How to export: Go to Campaigns → SMS → Export SMS stats.
Contact data
What’s included in the contact list export:
Contact name
Email
Phone number
Subscription statuses
Location
Demographic data
Total spent
Not included in the contacts export:
Custom User Property responses: view per-contact on the profile, or filter/segment by the property to act on them in bulk.
Segment Checkbox responses from landing pages or signup forms: these only update segments, so there's no value to export. View who opted in by searching users in the specific segment.
Individual form field responses from landing pages or signup forms beyond standard contact fields.
How to export: Go to Contacts → (optionally apply filters) → Actions → Export users.
